Leveraging natural language processing (NLP) technologies such as place name recognition, keyword extraction, and urban public opinion topic thesaurus, the public opinion analysis model can automatically identify place names, public opinion event types, keywords and other relevant information from urban public opinion texts. By incorporating public opinion similarity recognition technology, it can merge duplicate public opinion events and automatically count the popularity of various public opinion events by region and theme respectively. This model enables managers to quickly grasp the hot issues of urban public opinion and the hot areas focused by public opinion, which helps to rapidly formulate response measures and efficiently address the public's concerns and hotspots.
