Supplementary Tables S1-S8 from Is there a role for sarcolipin in avian facultative thermogenesis in extreme cold?

All tables are included as multiple sheets of a single .xlsx file. This includes sample sizes for acclimation groups, treatment assignments for each individual, raw read counts for each gene in the reference genome, normalized read counts for every gene in the dataset, functional enrichment output, patterns of differential expression, genes exhibiting changes in magnitude of expression across sampling points, and expression patterns for genes in the MC and ECC pathways.
