Data and analysis code accompanying the systematic review and meta-analysis of cone-beam CT (CBCT)-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy of pulmonary lesions (k = 22 studies, N = 3,681 patients, 2010-2026). Contents: verified 2x2 diagnostic accuracy data, per-study complication rates, R analysis scripts (Reitsma bivariate model, prediction intervals, ITD-only sensitivity analysis, Cochran Q heterogeneity, Duval-Tweedie trim-and-fill, QUADAS-2 Cohen's kappa + Gwet's AC1, verification-bias tipping-point analysis), PRISMA and QUADAS-2 provenance records, and publication-quality figures. Release v19 corresponds to the DIR R1 revision: it adds the Cochran Q and trim-and-fill analysis scripts and integrates the Yuan 2026 QUADAS-2 dual rating (all 22 studies independently dual-rated; Domain 1 Cohen's kappa 0.045 -> 0.091, item-level agreement 78/88 = 88.6%; pooled diagnostic-accuracy estimates unchanged).
