资源简介:
Restenosis after balloon angioplasty due to plasticity of vascular smooth muscle cells. In view of this, we established a rat model of carotid artery balloon injury and then use DHA as an intervention factor. Base of this, we sequenced the different expressions of circRNA profile. We screened 8 circRNAs via venn analysis. In vitro model of smooth muscle cell phenotypic modulation induced by PDGFBB, we verified CircHSPA4 serves as sponge for miR-19a-5p to induces smooth muscle cells dedifferentiation and proliferation. Previous research have shown that DHA can inhibit restenosis, we are the first to find a novel CircHSPA4 involved in this process. Our result provide a basis for DHA or miR-19a-5p as a coating drug on balloon catheter to improve the success rate of angioplasty.
