Analysis of HEKa cells depleted of Forkhead box E1 (FOXE1). FOXE1 is induced in psoriasis lesions and promotes keratinocytes. Results provide insight into the downstream targets of FOXE1 function in psoriasis. Overall design: HEKa cells were transfected with 2 kinds of FOXE1-specific RNAis or control RNAi. After 48 hours, cell were harvested and lysed with TRIzol reagent. A total amount of 1 µg RNA per sample was uesd as input material for the RNA sample preparations.
