MeAIB treated HUVEC for 12 hours, MeAIB significantly increased PI3K-Akt pathway in HUVEC When the HUVEC cell confluence reached 90%, the cells were treated with MeAIB for 12 h, and the experimental group was treated with ddH2O. The differences in cell pathways between the two groups were detected by RNA-Seq technology.
