Emotion barrier busters

In addition to the standard personal characteristic items, the survey includes data collected through interviews with SME leaders involved in the circular economy. These interviews are fully anonymized and focus specifically on the emotional processes experienced by participants when facing barriers to achieving eco-innovation. A key objective of the project is to replicate and build upon questions used in previous national surveys, while introducing context-specific insights into sustainability-oriented business leadership. The dataset forms part of a broader research initiative aimed at understanding the drivers and obstacles of eco-innovation within SMEs. The original data were collected and managed by the author as part of an ongoing study on leadership and sustainability in the context of the circular economy.
