Tests for genotype-by-education interaction when allowing for dominance effects.

Linear regression analyses were performed for the AOSW phenotype in the Stage-II sample for genotype-by-UniEdu interactions when the SNP effect allele was coded as additive (0, 1 2), fully dominant (0, 1, 1) or fully recessive (0, 0, 1). The effect allele is the allele associated with a more myopic refractive error in a linear regression test for an additive marginal effect of the variant.
