Tree characteristics can be found in the supplementary materials of the paper. Variables are expressed in the same units as in the paper. <em>WaterPotentials.csv</em> - water potential data (predawn, PD, midday MD, difference) <em>SapFlowDeltaPResistbc.csv</em> - daily sap flow per unit leaf area (Jl_daily), delta pressure (deltaP), VPD,SWC, belowcrown resistance (r_bc). <em>Resistbc_percent.csv</em> - below-crown resistance as a percentage of total tree resistance
