ChIP-seq to identify binding sites of the fusion oncogene CBFA2T3::GLIS2 in WSU-AML cell line

CBFA2T3::GLIS2 was fused with GFP through CRISPR-Cas9 in WSU-AML cells. Cells were then used for ChIP-seq using a GFP antibody in order to determined the CBFA2T3::GLIS2 fusion binding sites.
