Example data OrganoidTracker 2.0

This folder contains a .tif file with 50 frames of inestinal organoid data. It is accompagnied by a folder with automated tracking results and configuration settings and executables that allow users to run the full OrganoidTracker 2.0 pipeline.

All .bat files should be changed in a text editor before use, so that they point to the users local installation of the OrganoidTracker software. 

The neural network models used must be downloaded separately (https://zenodo.org/records/13946119) and be placed in this folder. If stored anywhere else the settings in the organoidtracker.ini file have to be changed accordingly.
