Dataset for: FRET between NV centers in diamond and chlorophyll molecules: a novel resource for multimodal sensing and imaging in plant cells

This dataset supplies the raw and processed data for our manuscript - FRET between NV centers in diamond and chlorophyll molecules: a novel resource for multimodal sensing and imaging in plant cells. The dataset contains the fluorescence lifetime measurement data acquired for the different diamond samples before and after bleaching of the chlorophyll layer. In addition, the raw data used to determine the instrument response function (IRF) are provided, as well as the raw optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) data corresponding to the measurements presented in the manuscript.
