Replication Data for: Prevalence and predictors of vitamin D deficiency in young African children

This dataset contains data that was used in the STATA analyses included in the manuscript \"Prevalence and predictors of vitamin D deficiency in young African children\". We measured 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25OHD) levels in 3880 children living in Kenya, Uganda, Burkina Faso and South Africa to evaluate the prevalence and predictors of low vitamin D status.
