Supplementary datasets for 'Spinel lamellae in pyroxenes and related microstructures as a “fossil record” for thermal and deformation history of lithosphere-asthenosphere boundary: spinel peridotite xenoliths from Ichinomegata, Northeast Japan', including photomicrographs for many cases of the spinel bleb-hosting minerals and lamella-hosting pyroxene pairs, elemental maps showing the chemical zoning of the lamella-hosting pyroxene and bleb-hosting minerals for the porphyroclastic samples, supplementary EBSD maps for Figure 6, and sample-scale KAM maps for the examined samples.
