For Pcadapt, “PC” refers to the principal component associated to the outlier locus. For FstHet, estimates of total genetic diversity (Ht) and genetic divergence (Fst) are presented. For LFMM, values within cells are the p-values estimated for the association between loci and the given bioclimatic variable (Excel spreadsheet).
