A single cell transcriptional profile of murine CXCL12-abundant reticular stromal cells isolated from ablated bone marrow Overall design: Lineage-marked Cxcl12-iCreER+ cells were FACS-isolated from ablated femurs of Cxcl12-iCreER; R26R-tdTomato mice at 14 days after bone marrow ablation, with tamoxifen injection at 7 days before ablation. 18,000 cells were loaded onto 10X Genomic Chromium Single Cell Expression Solution version 2 platform. cDNA was sequenced by Illumina HiSeq 4000.
