MCBP 2024 Marsh Study Vegetation Data

A salt marsh field study, comprising 2 marshes in Maryland’s Coastal Bays, was conducted in summer 2024. This dataset includes the proportion coverage, stem density, stem height, and soil resistance at marsh plots. Stem height is a mean of 5 measurements and Resistance is the mean of 3 measurements per sampling site. Where vegetation was not present, data were excluded. Species composition of the vegetation is also identified. Values are 1 for present and 0 for absent.
