A dataset of topsoil nutrient content observed by Gansu Gannan Grassland Ecosystem National Observation and Research Station（2013–2022）

Following the standardized protocols of the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN), the Gansu Gannan Grassland Ecosystem National Observation and Research Station has conducted long-term monitoring of topsoil nutrient content in the alpine meadow ecosystem in Maqu county, Gansu Province,. This study compiles data from fixed sample plots collected between 2013 and 2022, including soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus, pH, ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen. The objective of this study is to provide a scientific basis and data support for sustainable use of soil protection of fragile ecological environment and restoration of degraded alpine meadow ecosystem
