ATAC-seq of purified immune cell populations

ATAC-seq was carried out to identify regions of nucleosome depletion – marking sites of enhancers and promoters – in the MACS populations of CD4, CD8, CD14, CD19 and Natural Killer (NK) immune cells Overall design: Three donors (two male, one female) provided peripheral blood for the isolation by magnetic activated cell sorting (MACS) of immune cells. A total of 5 populations of cells were isolated per donor and two technical replicates were performed.
