VaccCompData

This dataset is an R package bundle used to create datasets used in the paper 'A comparison of antigen-specific T cell responses induced by six novel tuberculosis vaccine candidates'.It contains the Excel spreadsheets with trial-specific data used to create the above datasets and the R data frames used to generate the figures in the paper. In addition, it also contains R code used to create these data objects. See the package README and the vignette in the package entitled ‘VaccCompData’ for details.
