Leishmania detection in clinical samples with phages, V1, ECLIPSE WP5 Task 3

The dataset is the version 1 related to the clinical study, generated in the framework of the Horizon Europe project ECLIPSE. Data on Leishmania-positive and Leishmania-negative clinical samples were obtained from the diagnostic routine at IRCCS-AOUBO. Results of quantitative real-time PCR targetting the kinetoplast (k)DNA of Leishmania (reference test) were also added. These data were compared with results obtained by employing the newly developed platforms based on phage detection.
