This study explores the theoretical and practical foundations of forming general cultural competence in primary school students through an integrative-synergetic approach. In modern education, the development of students' cultural awareness, social adaptability, and holistic worldview is considered a key priority. The integrative-synergetic approach allows combining interdisciplinary knowledge, personal development, and interactive learning processes into a unified system. The research employs qualitative and quantitative methods, including observation, pedagogical experiment, and comparative analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of integrative-synergetic strategies significantly enhances students’ cultural competence, critical thinking, and communication skills. The study concludes that this approach provides an effective framework for modern primary education and contributes to the formation of a well-rounded personality.
