This dataset is a statistical table categorized by dominant tree species, presenting the area and volume of artificial arbor forests across different age groups, derived from the main findings of the 9th National Forest Inventory. It covers the area and volume of young forests, middle-aged forests, near-mature forests and mature forests of each dominant tree species in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government of China (excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau).
