TU_MyCo-Vision Image Datasets

This is a collection of image dataset generated during the developement of TU_MyCo-Vision. There are five datasets in total :- X-ray - First version of the dataset with 1028 images (640 x 640 resolution). Yankee - Second version of the dataset with 1002 images (640 x 640 resolution). Zulu - Most recent version of the dataset with 1504 images (640 x 640 resolution). X-ray, Yankee and Zulu dataset contains predominantly images of 12 Aureobasidium pullulans strains, Aureobasidium melanogenum and Trichoderma ressei. global_test_set - Used to validate all models and contains 90 images in total. UI_test_dataset - Contains images of different strains of Komagataella phaffi and Aspergillus niger conidia. This dataset was used to test the UI and data analysis pipeline of TU_MyCo-Vision.
