Single cell RNA sequencing analysis of fresh resected lung tissues from tuberculosis patients

Fresh resected lung tissues were obtained from six tuberculosis patients with elevated pulmonary 18F-FDG avidity. Lung tissues with 18F-FDG avidity and nearby uninvolved tissues were profiled with single-cell RNA sequencing. Overall design: Fresh resected human lung tissues with high 18F-FDG avidity and nearby uninvolved tissues with background or low 18F-FDG avidity were profiled with single-cell RNA sequencing.
