"Profiling of Type 2 Innate Immunity Activation and B1-Like Cell Expansion upon ageing Through Single-Cell Transcriptomic and VDJ Profiling"

Here we employed single-cell transcriptomic analysis to explore the activation of Type 2 innate immune responses in the lung and mesentery of mice spanning from 8 to 80 weeks of age(10 age points), following IL-33 treatment. The primary objective was to investigate the impact of aging on these immune responses, with the ultimate goal of creating a detailed single-cell map elucidating the underlying processes. One of the findings we made is the expansion of B1-like cells upon aging and IL-33 treatment, which was validated by single-cell B-cell receptor (BCR) analysis.
