This dataset conducts statistical analysis on consumer data of down jacket washing users in Hangzhou. It establishes user portraits based on historical order records, formulates user tags, identifies user consumption tiers, and provides data support for enterprises to deploy intelligent shared self-service laundry pickup and delivery cabinets in their cooperative laundry stores in Hangzhou and develop targeted advertising marketing strategies, thereby helping enterprises more accurately grasp market dynamics, enhance customer satisfaction and core competitiveness. 1. Data Collection: Data was collected via the laundry platform backend, recording the number of times users had their down jackets washed and their corresponding consumption amounts for Hangzhou-based users within the 2023 calendar year. 2. Data Processing: The proportion of down jacket washing consumption is calculated as: (a user's down jacket washing consumption amount / total laundry consumption amount) * 100%. 3. Data Classification: The proportion of a user's consumption in the total laundry consumption is ranked in descending order. The ABCDEFG classification method is adopted for consumption stratification: users with a proportion greater than or equal to 0.6% are categorized as "Class A consumption"; those with a proportion ranging from 0.5% (inclusive) to 0.6% (exclusive) are categorized as "Class B consumption"; those with a proportion ranging from 0.4% (inclusive) to 0.5% (exclusive) are categorized as "Class C consumption"; those with a proportion ranging from 0.3% (inclusive) to 0.4% (exclusive) are categorized as "Class D consumption"; those with a proportion ranging from 0.2% (inclusive) to 0.3% (exclusive) are categorized as "Class E consumption"; those with a proportion ranging from 0.1% (inclusive) to 0.2% (exclusive) are categorized as "Class F consumption"; and those with a proportion less than 0.1% are categorized as "Class G consumption".
