To investigate the monocyte-associated chemokines and adhesion molecules of NPCs between WT and Shp2deltak mice.We established shp2f/f//Clec4f-Cre mice to deplete Shp2 of KC. We isolated the NPCs from WT and KC-Shp2 knock out mice.Then we performed chemokines gene expression analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of NPC .
