RNA sequencing of left and right adrenal gland in db/db mouse and its age-matched contrl

Total RNA was extracted from bilateral adrenal tissue of 12-week-old homozygous C57BLKS-Lepr db mice (db/db) and age-matched C57BLKS-Lepr db /+ was served as Contrl, because these heterozygous mice have the same genetic background. The aim of this study was to analyze the differences between the adrenal glands of diabetic mice and their age-matched controls at the transcriptome level, with particular emphasis on the differences in the left and right adrenal glands.
