Transcriptome alterations of triflumizole exposure in zebrafish embryos at 3 dpf

Triflumizole is an antifungal agent that is widely used to treat plant scab, mycosis and other fungal diseases. In this study, zebrafish embryos were exposed to 4.2 micromoles per liter triflumizole at 5.5-72 hours post fertilization (hpf). RNA-seq analysis of zebrafish embryos after triflumizole exposure or control vehicle at 3 hours post fertilization (dpf) was performed.
