At top a portion of Tulare County is depicted in a map with the city of Tulare visible at center. Cameron Creek and Deep Creek are depicted at top, while rectangles are visible throughout with names inscribed inside, possibly indicating who owns the land. The Kaweah and T.I.D. canals are depicted throughout.; At bottom a drawing of a few buildings surrounded by farmland is visible. The building at center is two stories tall and has a wrap-around covered porch. A balcony is visible on the second story. A buggy pulled by two horses is depicted to the right of the building on a road that runs from bottom left towards the top right. Rows of trees are visible to the left and right of the road, while a man and women are depicted standing to the left. A second road intersects the first and runs from the left to right at bottom. A man riding a horse is visible to the left, while a horse-drawn buggy and dog are visible to the right. A barn is depicted to the right beyond the first building, while grazing cows and horses are visible towards the background. Trees are depicted in the distance.
