Occurrence of viruses in a global collection of Phytophthora cinnamomi

We studied the virome of a global collection of isolates of one of the more destructive plant and tree pathogens, Phytophthora cinnamomi. In total, 46 virus species were identified by stranded total RNA sequencing and their specific host was confirmed by RT-PCR. In this folder, all the amplicon sequences of this viruses are deposited. The full-legth virus sequences are available in the GenBank (see Accession numbers in the article), and the raw RNA-seq data is available in SRA under the bioproject number PRJNA1102859.
