Transcriptional data from 3D cultures of patient derived explant cultures (PDEC). The samples are cultured in LMx-Ag culture matrix (7%) and exposed to magnet mediated compression. The samples are treated with p38 MAPK inhibitor (RWJ67657). Data is from three different breast cancer patients (P1031T, P1032T, P1034T) containing the control and the treatment conditions.
