Images and code for Lebrec et al. Nature Cell Biology 2026

This repository contains source data and code relative to Lebrec et al, Nature Cell Biology 2026. In details: "Code to analyse images and generate graphs.zip": contains all code used to analyse microscopy images and generate all type of graphs used in the manuscript, with installation and usage instructions. "Uncropped images for gels and microscopy figures.zip": contains the original files for each gel, Western Blot and microscopy images shown in the figures, with indication for cropping when applicable.
