This dataset supports the empirical claims in the article "Ex Ante Gatekeeping, Ex Post Under-Enforcement: Why China's Generative-AI Regime Leaves Substantive Rights Under-Remedied" (submitted to Computer Law & Security Review). It contains the PRISMA-style search log, the case-coding table for all included judgments and enforcement actions, and the search-strategy and falsification conditions used in Section 5 of the manuscript. The data cover four cause-of-action categories (network-infringement liability; copyright; personality rights; unfair competition) crossed with six keywords, over the window 2023-08-15 to 31 October 2026, using PKULaw as the primary database.
