Transcriptome analysis of gelsolin vs vehicle treatment in mouse influenza infected lungs

Analysis of transcriptome profiling of lung tissue from mice infected with influenza and treated with either rhu-pGSN (plasma gelsolin) or vehicle. Parallel studies show improved survival in rhu-pGSN treated mice. The worksheets detail the differentially expressed genes identified in samples from day 9 after infection, and also present results of gene enrichment analyses using Panther or MetaCore analysis tools.
