Minimum Front and Flanking Yards

This dataset provides a linear representation of minimum front and flanking yard setback required by applicable bylaws. It specifies the shortest allowable distance between building and property line. Contact HRM Planning & Development for more info. This dataset is currently filtered to show only the data relevant to the Suburban Housing Accelerator By-law Area. Data pertaining to the Regional Centre will be incorporated once the RC Minimum Front and Flanking Yards feature service is retired.
