Experimental Data for Electric-Field-Enhanced Mass Transfer at a Water–Ethyl Acetate Interface

This dataset contains the experimental data and calculated mass transfer parameters obtained from the investigation of electric-field-enhanced mass transfer of acetic acid from ethyl acetate into water across a planar liquid-liquid interface. The dataset includes the experimental operating conditions and calculated results for 18 experimental runs, including temperature, initial acetic acid concentration, applied voltage, mass transfer coefficient, extraction percentage, Sherwood number, and enhancement factor.
