Experimental Datasets: Raw data sets of analyzed images. Live-imaging of chick embryos was performed on Nikon Ti inverted fluorescent Microscope with 3min of time interval.

Plots Data: Excel files with data corresponding to each plot in the figures in the main manuscript and supporting information are included.

Matlab Data: Matlab codes to calculate Left and Right thresholded Speed/Vorticity Areas about the midline (FM) for one time averaged window. Also, one sample dataset is also included along with the code.
