THE ROLE OF THE WORK BOOK IN DOCUMENTING LABOR ACTIVITY

This article scientifically analyzes the role and importance of the work book in the process of documenting labor activity. In particular, the role of the work book in officially recording the labor activity of an employee, its legal and social significance are highlighted. The article analyzes the process of formalizing labor activity based on the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is one of the main normative documents regulating labor relations, and the procedure for maintaining work books. The importance of the work book in determining the employee's length of service, confirming professional activity, and ensuring social guarantees is also scientifically substantiated.
