Transcriptome analysis of skeletal muscle in large Maf KO mice

The purpose of this study was to gain a comprehensive understanding of Large Maf function in skeletal muscle. To achieve this, MafA, MafB, and c-Maf triple-deficient male mice were analyzed. These mice were dissected at 11 weeks of age, and transcriptome analysis of soleus and extensor digitorum longus muscles will be performed using next-generation sequencing to examine changes in gene expression due to the loss of Large Maf.
