Riboclette Data

In this deposit, we publish the Riboclette dataset, consisting of three parts: Checkpoints.zip This file consists of the saved model checkpoints for the trained Riboclette model and its variant,s along with the different baseline models that were used to conduct a benchmark study. Data.zip This file consists of the ribo-seq data that was processed using the Ribo-DT pipeline, along with the final processed data used for training all the machine learning models. Inter.zip This file consists of the Captum-generated attributions using the final pseudolabeled Riboclette model on the different parts of the final dataset. The initial ribo-seq data can be found on the GEO database [GSE73553, GSE291653]
