This dataset is supplementary material to "A real-world analysis of adverse event signals of cognitive and communication disorder in patients treated with Janus kinase inhibitors based on the FAERS database", and it includes two parts. 1. Calculation of reporting odds ratio (ROR) and proportional reporting ratio (PRR). 2. The AE signals detected by the PRR method at the overall-level of JAKi.
