**Overview**
The monday.com MCP Server connects AI agents directly to the monday.com Work OS, allowing them to manage projects, automate workflows, and interact with the Apps framework through natural language. It supports multiple modes to balance between standard platform automation and advanced app development:
* **Default (Standard)** — Enables core operations for project management, including board creation, item updates, and column management.
* **Apps (`--mode apps`)** — Dedicated to developers; allows AI to scaffold apps, manage versions, deploy code, and handle environment variables.
* **Dynamic (`--enable-dynamic-api-tools`)** — Provides full access to the monday.com GraphQL schema, allowing agents to generate custom queries for any endpoint beyond predefined tools.

Connect locally via `npx -y @mondaydotcomorg/monday-api-mcp -t <your_token>`. It supports both Read-Only modes for safety and enterprise-grade OAuth through its hosted service.
