Metalloproteome of Pseudomonas aeruginosa under oxic and anoxic conditions

The metalloproteomic dataset associated with the Pseudomonas aeruginosa, strain 2-54, grown under oxic and anoxic conditions. A 2D native separation was conducted using the methods of Mazzotta et al., 2020 (Metallomics), followed by metal and protein dual mass spectrometry approaches. The resulting data have been described in publication Saito and McIlvin 2025. The data were visualized using a Metalloproteomics viewer available on Github. Note that blank data fields are included in CSV, to allow for complete 2D chromatographic matrix and to enable ease of visualization and analysis.
