The radial anisotropy and shear wave velocity models for the central-southern segment of the Tanlu Fault Zone
收藏资源简介:
The model spans longitudes 115° E to 122° E and latitudes 30° N to 38° N, sampled every 0.25°. Vertically, the model extends from the 0 km to 80 km depth with a uniform 1 km interval. Results shallower than 45 km are regarded as the most reliable. Each grid node provides seven attributes: longitude, latitude, depth, shear-wave velocity (Vs), the uncertainty of Vs, radial anisotropy (RA, defined as the difference between horizontally and vertically polarized shear-wave velocities), and the uncertainty of RA. The NetCDF file encapsulates these variables together with their coordinate definitions, whereas the ASCII file lists them sequentially in the order described above. For quantitative workflows or gridded visualizations, **TL.nc** is recommended because it retains coordinate systems and variable attributes. The ASCII file **TL.dat** offers a straightforward option for quick inspection, plotting with generic mapping tools, or importing into spreadsheet and GIS applications. If you employ this dataset in publications, presentations, or derivative works, please cite it appropriately.
