Additional file 13: Figure S12. Comparing cancer gene mutation landscape characteristics across tumor contexts. The best subgroupings in each cohort for all genes with at least one classification task with an AUC of at least 0.7 in two of the cohorts considered in this study. Each pie chart in a panel represents a cohort in which subgrouping mutation classifiers were trained and tested for the gene in question, with pie charts scaled, sliced, and labelled according to the same schema as in Fig. 1. We include here these figures for TP53, PIK3CA, and NFE2L2 and for the remaining genes at our data portal under Figures/S12 - Subgrouping AUC Comparisons by Gene. The names of these figures have the format (gene)__sub-comparisons_Ridge.svg.
