Determination the direct binding target transcripts of UPF1 in B cell.

To determine the direct binding targets of UPF1, we performed RNA-immunoprecipitation sequencing (RIP-seq), in which mRNAs bound to phosphorylated (NMD-active) UPF1 were immunoprecipitated.
