Complete raw simulation data and validation testbench underlying every figure and number in the article "Overcoming the 3 dB squeezing extraction limit in silicon carbide microcombs with a photonic molecule" (T. M. Mahim, M. M. Rahman, and A. S. M. Mohsin, 2026). The archive contains: (1) data/ - FEM effective-index sweeps and the selected-geometry solution with mesh-convergence table (femwell/scikit-fem, materials from the CC0 refractiveindex.info database), Lugiato-Lefever soliton-crystal states across the pump-detuning window and a third-order-dispersion scaling family, and the full quantum-model outputs: squeezing spectra, supermode decompositions, photonic-molecule Purcell-rate sweep, and the drop-port logarithmic-negativity matrix of the odd-mode lattice. (2) testbench/ - analytic validation of the quantum solver (vacuum output, Bogoliubov eigenvalues, 3 dB critical-coupling bound, Heisenberg uncertainty) and numerical convergence checks, with a frozen copy of the source code and reference output logs. All arrays are NumPy .npz/.json files; conventions and pass criteria are documented in the README inside the archive. Source code is maintained at https://github.com/Tanvir-Mahmud-Mahim/sic-molecule-squeezer (Apache-2.0). Key results: 8.5 dB detectable squeezing over 1.74 GHz at 8.3 mW pump; entangled 30-mode lattice with E_N up to 0.12; soliton crystal robust to 3.5x the design third-order dispersion.
