Most stressful factors of flying for work purposes 2022, by travel phase

Flight delays and cancellations were considered by more than 60 percent of business tourists surveyed worldwide in early 2022 as a stressful aspect of a work trip. In the planning stage of such trips, understanding the COVID-19 regulation and preparing the mandatory documentation was considered the main factor causing stress among respondents in that year.
